Filipino fans won’t have to travel to Chicago to witness SB19 make history at one of the world’s biggest music festivals.
The P-Pop group’s groundbreaking performance at Lollapalooza 2026 will be streamed live, allowing A’tin and music fans in the Philippines to watch the five-member act become the first homegrown P-Pop group to perform at the festival.
SB19 is scheduled to take the Allianz Stage on Thursday, July 30, from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Chicago time (July 31, from 4:30 to 5:30 a.m., Philippine time). The group will share the stage with Pearly Drops, Bad Nerves, Audrey Hobert and Wet Leg.
The performance is part of the official 2026 Lollapalooza livestream lineup, giving fans around the world a chance to watch the festival in real time. For Filipino supporters, it offers an opportunity to rally behind SB19 as the group represents the country on one of music’s most recognized festival stages.
SB19 first announced the milestone through social media in March, telling fans: “Surprise A’tin! We’re so thrilled to announce that we’ll be performing on the Lollapalooza stage this 2026! Can’t wait to see you, Chicago.”
Held annually at Grant Park in Chicago, Lollapalooza draws audiences from around the globe with a lineup spanning pop, rock, hip-hop, electronic and alternative music. This year’s edition runs from July 30 to Aug. 2.
The 2026 lineup features Charli XCX, Lorde, Tate McRae, Olivia Dean, Jennie of Blackpink, The Smashing Pumpkins and The XX. Other performers include aespa, The Chainsmokers, Zara Larsson, Yoasobi, Lil Uzi Vert, Turnstile, Wet Leg and Filipino-British singer-songwriter Beabadoobee.
SB19’s inclusion marks another milestone for P-Pop’s growing international presence. Composed of Pablo, Josh, Stell, Ken and Justin, the group has built a global following through songs such as “Go Up,” “Mapa,” “Gento,” “Dam,” “Dungka!” and “Visa.” They are widely credited with helping introduce Filipino pop music to audiences beyond the country.
As fans prepare for the early morning livestream, the performance offers a rare opportunity for Filipinos to witness a historic moment unfold live, cheering on a homegrown act as it takes the stage alongside some of the biggest names in global music.
