Porsche 914 and 914/6
The Porsche 914, produced from 1969 to 1976, is often overshadowed by the 911, as well as the 924, 944, 928, and 968 models. There are several reasons for this model's lower recognition, ranging from its angular design and its association with Volkswagen to its mid-engine configuration.
However, this was Porsche's first mid-engine sports car, offering a distinctive driving feel and often described as a "miniature Porsche 917." Therefore, the 914 arguably deserves more recognition.
Volkswagen Passat
First introduced in 1973, the Volkswagen Passat has always positioned itself on the boundary between mainstream and luxury cars. For many, it represents the ideal balance between practicality, build quality, and performance.
In particular, since the B3 generation launched in 1988, the Passat has gradually built its own identity instead of just being "another version of Audi". Meanwhile, the B5.5 generation is highly regarded for its sophisticated design, intelligent interior, and stable performance on long journeys.
Volvo 164

MG ZS 180

The 178-horsepower V6 engine makes the MG ZS 180 one of the most exciting models MG Rover has ever produced, even though it's not widely known.
Ferrari Mondial
The Ferrari Mondial has always been controversial because it's a 2+2 seater Ferrari. The Mondial 8 version, launched in 1980, only had a 212-horsepower V8 engine and a not-so-spacious interior.
However, this is still a V8-engined Ferrari developed by Maranello, but at a much more accessible price point than many other Ferrari models.
Ferrari 612 Scaglietti
The Ferrari 612 Scaglietti is a 2+2 V12-powered GT coupe produced by Ferrari between 2004 and 2011. The Ferrari 612 Scaglietti is often overshadowed by more famous Ferrari models. Its design is controversial, while its 2+2 seating configuration has led some fans to believe it lacks the "Ferrari essence."
However, this model boasts a V12 engine, rear-wheel drive, and delivers a smooth yet powerful driving experience, at a significantly lower price than many other Ferrari models.
Cadillac Allanté
The Cadillac Allanté is a luxury two-seater roadster from Cadillac, produced between 1987 and 1993. The Cadillac Allanté is famous not only for the car itself but also for its unique manufacturing process. The body was fabricated by Pininfarina in Italy and then transported by Boeing 747 to the United States for General Motors to complete.
Despite its numerous quality issues and lack of outstanding performance, the Allanté is still considered an interesting and distinctive model in Cadillac history.
Mercedes-Benz A-Class (W168)
The Mercedes-Benz A-Class (W168) was the first generation of the A-Class line, produced by Mercedes-Benz from 1997 to 2004. The A-Class W168 generation is considered one of Mercedes-Benz's most innovative models.
With its intelligent body structure, numerous innovative engineering solutions, and optimized interior space, the A-Class W168 is considered worthy of standing alongside revolutionary models like the Mini or Citroën DS. However, this model is often overlooked when discussing the most memorable Mercedes models.
Suzuki Kizashi
The Suzuki Kizashi was once Suzuki's flagship mid-size sedan, produced from 2009 to 2016. While not a perfect sedan, the Kizashi still had its own appeal thanks to its attractive design, 2.4L petrol engine, and optional all-wheel drive.
A drawback of the UK version is its CVT transmission, which isn't highly regarded, while many other markets offer a 6-speed manual transmission option. Nevertheless, with its reasonable price on the used car market, the Kizashi remains a worthwhile consideration for those who appreciate Japanese sedans.
